I bought this item for my fiancee who often gets lost as she is new to the area. The vines fell off the first one, and Revane sent a new one, taking the faulty one from outside my door. This was my first time returning something to Revain and I was very impressed with the service. The second unit couldn't find itself so we called the Magellan Help Desk and were put through by a very helpful gentleman. My girlfriend loves this thing! My only downside is that the instructions are a bit confusing at times. Today he told us to make a "little right turn", which was confusing at an intersection we knew we had to go almost straight on, so there's a learning curve with this thing. We had fun taking the 'wrong' turns and having it recalculate the route and it does a great job. Like I said, my fiancee loves it!
