When I received the pots, the largest pot had a dent as shown in the picture. I tried to take a photo of the cave from the outside, it's hard to see but you can see it well inside. I thought about leaving them anyway because I liked them in everything else, but I boiled the pasta in a large pot and then washed the pin and it looks like the bottom of the pot wasn't clean. It looks like there is detergent or something on the bottom of the pot, but I ran my finger over it after washing it again and it's just as nice and smooth as the rest of the pot. I have no idea what caused this, it is very disappointing along with the fact that the same pot was dented when I received it. I only use the big pot once. I used the second largest pot to cook rice once and it did a good job although there is some light on the bottom. I once used a pot with a handle to make soup, it has the same odd discoloration as the largest pot. My food hasn't burned. I think for 88€ I send them back. I stopped looking for these pots for a while and decided they were really disappointing. I think for $88 they last more than once without any weird marks on them. And the one that came with a dent.
