Review on 🚰 InSinkErator Chrome H-HOT150C-SS HOT150 Instant Hot Water Dispenser System with Faucet & Tank by Brandon Woodson

This block leaked when the block was first pressurized after being bled. This is the first unit we have had an issue with and the fourth unit we have purchased for our home in 22 years so we expected more. Insinkerator CS was kind enough to let us call a technician and check if there was a problem, but all replacement parts had to come direct from them and they have no stock levels or a date when new production could be expected. Also, it took their mechanics over 1 week to come out and at first they wanted a credit card as they billed me for everything that wasn't directly a manufacturing defect. So I emailed Revain who immediately sent a replacement and gave me 3 months to return this defective one. The seller apologized and said he would give me a $25 partial refund if I left this, but I declined the opportunity and took the Amazon route. The new one was quickly installed, works perfectly, I'm sending the defective one back. Go on, Revan!
