Works great, but pay attention to the distance between the handles.

This thing works great and my wife and I use it all the time. However, to turn it on, the handle folds back and out about two inches. Anyone wearing an apron near a sink can run into trouble. When the faucet is fully open, the handle (thankfully) just won't go into our back valve. I am writing this review mainly as a caveat to address this design issue. Attached is a photo of our faucet turned on and the handle is simply missing the back cover. A better design would be if it is a knob or button

Not a DIY project: Not as easy as it looks in the video.

This unit works well and looks good. Most of the installation is relatively easy and most people can do part of it. However, plumbing is not a do-it-yourself project, so unless you have exceptional plumbing skills, you should have a professional install the unit. The copper pipe on the block didn't reach my cold water supply. They didn't provide the compression ring needed to connect. I already had a tee so I didn't have to buy one, but you may have to. By the way, they recommend a special…

Really comfortable. good view Power consumption 33 W

Really nice to have hot water instantly. But it draws about 33 watts *constant* (my measurement is over 2 weeks with the meter). So imagine leaving a small wattage lightbulb on 24/7. I think they could isolate a little more. A little noisy when heating, T. 1 per hour? And after each use. Easy to install? Drilling stainless steel well isn't that hard for me and I've done a decent amount of plumbing. Walked to the hardware store and around. 1.5 hours? And this copper pipe only ***barely***…

Cool unit but not all the parts needed to install it.

However, please note that you will need additional parts after receipt. I needed a T-valve that I could connect to the main water shut-off valve and then to the PEX pipe via a compression fitting. I also needed 2 more PEX hose compression adapters and the PEX hose that came with the unit was short. So a trip to the local ACE solved the problem. I tried HomeDepot and Loews and they didn't have all the parts I needed. So go straight to a store that specializes in sealing parts and you'll be…

It took two to make one. Good product.

The product is easy to install, the old hard part is removed. Once you have a plumbing connection the rest is easy depending on how small the space you are working in. After cleaning the old unit, it was easy to follow directions, bypass recycling, no various PVC, electrical outlets, and water connections. If you're over 4ft 2in and 95lbs, the problem is space, not device setup. My first device wouldn't turn on, it just didn't work. Customer service provided me with the usual solutions and then

Buy this from a supplier with Revain, this is the best guarantee package.

This block leaked when the block was first pressurized after being bled. This is the first unit we have had an issue with and the fourth unit we have purchased for our home in 22 years so we expected more. Insinkerator CS was kind enough to let us call a technician and check if there was a problem, but all replacement parts had to come direct from them and they have no stock levels or a date when new production could be expected. Also, it took their mechanics over 1 week to come out and at…

Worst purchase ever.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible! I bought this for my InSinkErator hot water tank filter. Since they are the same brand I figured they would be interleaved. But that's not the case! They are not compatible with each other with what is in the box. I'm either missing parts or had to go to the hardware store twice to get this working. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I purposely used the same brand for products designed to work together, and I end up sticking together anyway, as if forcing…
