The product is easy to install, the old hard part is removed. Once you have a plumbing connection the rest is easy depending on how small the space you are working in. After cleaning the old unit, it was easy to follow directions, bypass recycling, no various PVC, electrical outlets, and water connections. If you're over 4ft 2in and 95lbs, the problem is space, not device setup. My first device wouldn't turn on, it just didn't work. Customer service provided me with the usual solutions and then sent a new replacement. The device worked as advertised, very hot water, good pressure and one happy wife. I had to buy an extension cord to connect to the water supply, it was 4 inches short, everything fitted well. I would buy this unit again, it's HOT.
