I am in the transmission business and have used MSD for many years. With them the boots are a little shorter than the standard brown boots on my '09 5.4L 3 valve but fit perfectly and work perfectly. Very noticeable improvement in throttle response and stroke. I doubt there is an HP boost, but much better response and pickup. Seems to run a bit smoother at highway speeds too. I got a little shudders at highway speeds so I replaced them and the spark plugs at 86,200 miles.
