I have rented and installed all the Kwikset locks. When the lease expires I can reinstall all 4 doors, handles and latches in minutes. You don't have to take the locks to the blacksmith to pay for the key exchange without worrying about previous renters giving away a copy of their key. A pack of new keys costs about $10, but I kept the keys that originally came with each of the locks I installed and can easily switch to a different set at no additional cost. It's also really nice to have all the locks under one key without trying to figure out which is for the deadbolt and which is for the handle, which is for the back door which is different from the front door, etc. I also have them exactly installed in my apartment for this reason.
