I have to start with this belt, it's amazing. Perfect non-slip fit at waist that won't be pushed off by hands. This is great for 5k, 10k and maybe 15k depending on how fast you run. I ran out of water with it in a half marathon just to put it in perspective. You can always fill up. Two 6 ounce water bottles hold enough water and are secured very well. Easy to take off and absorb water while running. This strap easily holds your racing bib which was a nice feature. The pocket was able to hold my phone and gel packs. I used a Note 3 phone but it was VERY tight. It's not easy to run running applications or make changes while you're on the go. A smaller phone has far fewer limitations and works great.
