It is great! It took me a few times to find those.

I took the risk of trading my old gloves for these and it was worth it. It is great! It took me a few times to find the quickest way to put them on and take them off (still hard to take off at times! haha). I wet my hands and pour water into the gloves and my hands slide in easily. I was a bit concerned that I can't spread my thumb as wide in these gloves as I can with other gloves, but the resistance these gloves offer more than makes up for the slightly less spread. I also like that they are silicone so they don't have to be hung out to dry. We recommend. I use it for swimming and water training, both aerobics and strength training. Thumb is pressed firmly against my palm, the widest part of my hand is about 4 inches long. I have big gloves. I didn't use baby powder but I dip my hand in water and fill the mitt with water. They work great for me. If your hand is too big, you're likely to run into problems. The first glove is easy to put on. The second, of course, is a bit more difficult, since I have to put it on with the other hand, "fin" :) Shooting is fine too, although sometimes it gets half-turned when I'm impatient. It is very good that the gloves do not stretch. This very snug fit makes them great for muscle tone and they keep me from overstressing my thumb. My last pair of gloves were stretchier and messed up my carpal tunnel. Not as much as hand weights, but still not much. You are perfect.
