The best I can say is that the company has great product support. The first one I ordered had the base twist frozen on. I contacted support and spoke to a specialist. After trying a few things I couldn't move the base swivel. We both decided that I should return it. Got a new one in three days. initially worked great. Then while I was using it it started turning on and off every few minutes. I contacted support again and wanted to resend it. Instead I opened it up and fixed the switch. Most people probably wouldn't do this, but I end up using it for electronics. Now that it works I love it. The downside is that I wish it had horizontal expansion to go with vertical expansion to be able to use it on larger boards. The large screen makes it easy to see the color bands on the tiny resistors and read the tiny capacitors. This relieves the eyes enormously.
