I had to open the center hole of a three-hole (ceramic) sink. My wife attached this to my angle grinder and held the vacuum up to the hole to pick up the dust and it was done in two minutes. You have to do it slowly, that doesn't mean this thing will expand the hole in two seconds, but move slowly and you'll get there with no problem. No chips, exactly the same hole I started with just a bit bigger. you couldn't even tell the tool was being used, it looked the same. This tool is the perfect tool for the job. It's one of those tools that you're out of luck if you don't have, but it's very simple with it. For me this is the perfect tool.
