Review on πŸ’§ Optimized Water Filter with Savant Digital Meter by Allen Hart

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Recommended for monitoring reverse osmosis (RO) water usage

I recently installed a new reverse osmosis (RO) water filter and I love it. I wanted to get a better idea of how much water I was actually using and going through the filters, since the manufacturer recommends changing them at per-gallon intervals. This monitor is great for that. I have compared various water monitors on the market and most of them have been set up to monitor water usage in pipes much larger than those used in reverse osmosis systems (1/2" and 3/4" compared to reverse osmosis water pipes on 1 ). /4"). This includes adapters for 3/8" pipe and 1/4" pipe. The amount to count down from. I personally set it to 360 days and 1000 gallons. After a few Days ago I have fewer days left and my tracker gallons usage has gone down to 965 gallons. I don't mind. It doesn't count usage as used. The bill shows how many gallons went through the system. It also shows when that Water is flowing and at what gallon per hour and when not. This is especially useful with a reverse osmosis system so you can be sure if the system is leaking water and also if there is a problem if it won't shut off and is constantly making water and There are many stories about these automatics The mechanical shut-off valves do not work properly and these systems are constantly dumping water into the sewer On this monitor, the screen turns on and h at a water movement indicator, so you know when water is flowing and when not. This feature alone can save countless gallons of wasted water when a problem arises. I've only been using it for a few days, but I'll update this review over time. At the moment I highly recommend it.
