Great Solution For Analyzing Customer Support Data

I love how easy it is to use this tool as well its price point compared against other tools in our organization that we had previously used for similar purposes was great! The UI/UX could be improved but there are many options available if they want my input or feedback regarding improvements of their product (which would mean money). It definitely helps us understand what issues customers have before reaching out via an escalation process which has helped reduce unnecessary escalations between team members within different departments throughout organizations when one department needs help from another - especially across time zones & countries!! I like the way the SentiSum platform is easy to use. I like that it is intuitive and has a lot of features. I don't like that sometimes the platform is slow or takes a while to load up. I also don't like that sometimes the platform freezes or becomes unresponsive. I think the platform is easy to use and has a lot of features. I think it is a great product. I would recommend using this platform for customer support. I am solving the problem of customer support and customer experience.
