Review on πŸ‰ Durable Dragonhawk Extreme Rotary Tattoo Machine in Black - Reliable Carbon Steel Machine for Tattoo Artists by Alexandria Richmond

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good color packer. Basically a good car. UPDATED 6/2020

Bye. after about 20 hours of operation. This machine proves to be a stable reliable machine. I've used it at 6.2 volts and I feel it works best here. These rotary presses were originally designed to pack paint, and their slow operation appears to be a ruse. So for those of you who have written reviews about it, please consider downvoting it. Now if you are working with a fast line and have high hand speed, this is not the ideal machine for you. Could you make it work by slowing down the hand speed. Yes. but. the coloring is ok for packaging, but not the best choice for shades of gray. When you start. and with a coil it is not convenient in terms of speed and tuning. Then this is a good choice. Fire it up with an adjustable cartridge grip and a few good bullets, and your progress should move forward. This is not RCA. So. Good clip cord and power supply, drop the voltage and you should be fine. Has a good weight in hand if you are used to a heavier reel. THE FEATHERS SEEM TO RELEASE AFTER ABOUT 30 HOURS OF USE. IT HAPPENED TO BOTH THE ORIGINAL AND THE REPLACED SPRING. If you don't keep the tension low, the spring will fail. Not the best choice for shading gray hair.

Pros
  • Dragonhawk Extreme Rotary Tattoo Machine. Weight: 6.17 ounces. Ergonomic design; feels almost weightless
Cons
  • Crumpled
