Easy to use for the novice tattoo artist!

This rotary tattoo machine is very easy to use. I've never had a tattoo and just wanted to get some tattoos. I did some research before purchasing so I am at least familiar with some concepts and information on how to get tattoos. I'm not that bad at drawing and have a nimble hand so it met all my expectations. There was NO ink in this set so I bought my mother's decent ink. Thanks for a great set! Here is one of my selfies! Haha

Durable and Quiet: Tattoo Supplies

I only used it once to try it, will use it more often and update the review if needed, it's very durable and quiet, it pushes the needles without fail and the design is very cute . It comes with a good lube, I use the mast grip as my daily machine but I'm sure it will have a special place too. You can buy it without hesitation, this machine is as good or even better than any Bishop or Cheyenne

  • Regular Price

Just as good as any NeoTat or Bishop I've used and .

Smooth, almost silent and excellent color matching. Just as good as any NeoTat or Bishop I've used and a heck of a lot cheaper. Will it hold up over time? We have to wait. But after 30+ hours of use, it's still purring like a kitten. I've tried many inexpensive machines and most of them have been a waste of money. However, this little car has proven to be worth every penny. A tattoo and it was worth it.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • A number of factors

Everything is fine, the engine ran in the opposite direction.

Cool machine, works right out of the box. After a few tattoos I decided to take it apart and check it out. The spring didn't last very long so good luck trying to find a suitable .109 inch or 2.7mm OD spring. I also found that the motor was soldered to the wrong pins. Positive was negative so the machine worked. back all the time (at least 40 hours). The motor shaft should rotate counter-clockwise when viewed from the front, if not just change the power. For $45 it was a good learning…

Smooth running, worth every penny

I've had hundreds of reels and rotary machines. This little $50 rotary machine works just as well as my $500 Bishop machines. I used it for both line work and shading until I ran into a problem. The only question that remains is whether it can withstand hundreds of tattoos. By the way, our Cheyanne machines also break down fairly regularly. Great little machine for the right price.

  • Beautiful

Met! Low price, good quality (right away)

So I've worked on conventional machines up to now and wanted to try out the cheaper one before switching to high-performance rotors. Found this cool example online. I had serious doubts. So I read the reviews and since most of them suggested this, especially if this is your first time using rotary machines, I agreed. You were right. I can't compare it to high end because I haven't tried them, but for a Rotary virgin --- there you go. Looks professional, decent packaging, good stability, clip…

Good color packer. Basically a good car. UPDATED 6/2020

Bye. after about 20 hours of operation. This machine proves to be a stable reliable machine. I've used it at 6.2 volts and I feel it works best here. These rotary presses were originally designed to pack paint, and their slow operation appears to be a ruse. So for those of you who have written reviews about it, please consider downvoting it. Now if you are working with a fast line and have high hand speed, this is not the ideal machine for you. Could you make it work by slowing down the hand…

Great car! *Updated*

IG:@Gunnelstattoos years old and this machine still worked like a professional machine! It's great as a shader/packer and good as a liner. I use it for all 3 and after a year and a half of running this machine constantly every day I can assure you that it is a good machine to have on hand. ***Update August 2019*** So basically 1 year on my second Dragonhawk machine and still going! A few things I noticed after the first review: This machine has difficulty working with cartridges (of course you…
