This product definitely works as it should. Install instructions aren’t the best as others have stated but they are good enough to help you get the job done. It keeps my garage door from slamming hard. I purchased the model with the door hold feature which works very well because it was always a struggle trying to find something to keep the door propped open. I highly recommend this product but it’s too new to tell how durable it will be.
