I received a used and damaged item

I am disappointed when I received the item. Given the high ratings, I have high hopes for him. Unfortunately, when I received the item, it was used, scratched and the seat cover has scuffs. Photographs of the condition of the item when it is removed from the packaging. Revain refunded my money but that's really disappointing. Her quality control team had to recognize that. The damage was not related to shipping as the box was in good condition when it arrived.
