The picture quality isn't as good as the other two (APEX and INSIGNIA) I've used. However, the main problem is that the device keeps losing channel 2 when it goes offline for a while. I have to rescan the entire list every time it turns on. I contacted TIVAX technical support. They were extremely useless. They told me that they don't really understand how the device works! They either have to buy the parts and assemble them, or maybe they just buy the whole thing and act like marketers. In any case, they said that the problem could be caused by RF interference! Yes, of course it makes no sense, because if the device cannot receive any interfering radio frequencies when it is switched off, what's the use! Except that other devices placed in the same spot where it should have worked don't have the same problem. BTW, I bought it from AMAZON and messaged AMAZON that I want to return it for a FULL REFUND. That was over 5 days ago. I'm still waiting for a reply from AMAZON. Maybe that's another thing to watch out for.
