Drill works well with Dremel. We strongly recommend using a Dremel press for holes of any depth. (The smallest bits are literally the diameter of your hair.) I was able to drill 1/4 inch deep holes in 75 or larger brass. The dispenser works well once you figure out how to move the clear plastic cap back and forth. There are no instructions - there are. The transparent cover has a bit ejection hole as the cover moves along the bit slots. Makes accessing those little bits easier. It was found that the tag had to be removed to access the bits. If the product had clear instructions I would give it 5 stars.
