Review on Durable & Dependable: Tuff Truck Bag - Waterproof Heavy Duty Solution by Fritz Marrero

I ordered this from Revain and it was received on the 1st. Since then I have used the bag twice - once in late December and once. in June 2015. As you can see from the attached photos, the bag has not been abused. But as you can see, the flash has already broken. Unfortunately, the company's website states that the bag is only guaranteed for 90 days. Given the price of this product I think it's reasonable to expect it to hold up much better than it already has. Like I said, I've used the bag twice. I contacted the company to see if they would endorse their product. At this point I can say that this is my first time using the bag, it was great. Did exactly what was stated. The zipper broke on the second use. I will update this review as soon as I hear from the company. But at the moment I cannot recommend this product. UPDATE: A few hours after posting my original review, I heard from the National Tuff Truck Bag Sales Manager. He promised to send me a new bag the next business day and apologized that my original one didn't work. I am very happy to report that the new bag has arrived as promised. I think the speed of his response and the speed with which I received my new bag speaks volumes about the quality and ethics of this company. I would highly recommend this item and the company.
