I bought two sets of these boxers for my son. After several washes the elastic waistband of some shorts (4 out of 10) deteriorated (became brittle and no longer stretch) and I had to throw the shorts away which was a shame as the material was such good quality. . I was going to order more shorts but decided to email Lucky & Me to let them know about the quality issue. They sent me a brand new kit as a FREE replacement kit and told me to let them know if I run into the same issues (and send pictures) so they can contact their partner factory. If I could give this product 6 stars for its outstanding customer service, I would. Thank you Lucky and me! :)
