Saves time and nerves
I grow kitchen herbs and often use them for cooking. Before purchasing these scissors, I had to pull out my favorite knife and cutting board every time I wanted to add fresh herbs to a dish. I used these scissors for the first time this morning to chop spring onions and parsley and couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to prep my herbs. The scissors are durable and terribly sharp. I think only time will tell how well the blades hold their edge but these shears perform exactly as advertised.
