Lots of plastic - only metal ends
Judging by the picture it is a metal tool with a plastic coating. Don't be fooled, it's mostly plastic and the only metal parts are the connectors on the ends. This usually means that the plastic breaks after 3-5 years instead of after 10 years and in the end you only have scrap left over. But for now it does its job and works well as intended so 4 stars if it doesn't break and if it does I'll update it.
