Bought a 1.8w POWOXI solar charger in January '19 and found it not working in November 2019. It was set up in January to service our new PWC battery and tested at 13-14v with a blue light flashing when connected to the battery. It turned out to work well. When we started our PWC 9 months later in October, the battery seemed to die on the first start. Tested POWOXI and found 2 to 4V in bright sun. But the blue light was still blinking, which gave me the wrong impression that there was no problem. . Needless to say, the POWOXI solar charger failed to impress. They need to be tested regularly to make sure they're still working or you're just living on battery.
