I finally managed to remove heavy limescale stains from an old toilet in a well water house. I've tried different toilet cleaners and the stains just made me laugh. No progress could be made in removing it. Then I ordered these pumice stones. Of course they worked and I was able to completely remove all limescale stains. They worked without much physical exertion. I then used them on the sink in the dirty room, which was also pretty badly soiled. Looks nice and shiny. I didn't notice any scratches on the surface afterwards. Would recommend without a doubt.
