I've been using Rabbits for years but am very disappointed with their latest products. The device feels light and unsuitable for the task. This broke after a year of very moderate use, the plastic sleeve that the corkscrew goes through broke when the cork was opened. The leverage you get is much less than before because they use cheap metal and the grips are shorter and thinner than before. After it broke, I contacted the manufacturer. under warranty for a replacement, which they did after about 6 weeks. Same if not worse quality so I'm looking for a non-Rabbit brand to replace this disappointing unit.
