One of the worst bunnies I've ever bought. The handle is a little small, I have to constantly rock and rotate the whole mechanism at least 90 degrees after the screw assembly is fully inserted into the cork to get the cork out of the bottle. There is something wrong with this product. I've tried two of these and they both work really badly right out of the box. In both cases, the ratchet, which is supposed to lock the corkscrew, usually did not engage immediately, sometimes even after several attempts.
