Review on K&N Cold Air Intake Kit for 2006-2011 MITSUBISHI Eclipse: High Performance, Guaranteed Horsepower Boost – 69-6502TR by Edwin Cen

As a long-time user, I decided on this air intake without any problems. As other reviewers have noted, the two clamps that came with them were too small and I had to buy several. I also had no luck installing a heat shield on my car. I decided to leave it alone for now. I plan to try again later and maybe make small modifications to the Z mount brackets to make them fit. As for the actual reception performance, I really like it! I definitely feel the extra torque and intake noise when the Mivec system kicks in. The appearance of the engine compartment has improved significantly. I will be installing a heat shield but only 4 stars due to clips and installation issues. Overall the performance is amazing and I would happily buy another one!
