It was a terrible shopping and return experience! Initially, two pairs were bought, probably the 3rd size for children and the 8th for women. The first pair arrived marked "32" which is actually a US size 1. Of course, as my child wears 2, they were painfully small. Female eights came in anticipation of the exchange. Marked 38 which is 7-7.5 so of course they were too small! A children's size "3" was ordered as a replacement as a 4.5. Remember she only wears number 2 but as they are small I would go for the largest size they were. Well arrived today and size 34. It's not a 4.5 it's a 3. They are COMFORTABLE but she wants to try them on carpet for a day before she decides Conclusion: buyers beware! You are tiny, tiny, tiny! They don't seem to be of the best quality either. But what can you expect for $40? If they had used the European sizes given on the packaging as order size, many returns and wasted time and money could have been avoided. That, or figure out your damn transformations!
