Made in China but the quality is excellent.
Item arrived clean and well packaged. The installation went smoothly and the product works. If you have cruise control, the electronics on these products are compatible. I've tried others and for some reason the cruise control function didn't work but it worked with this one which tells me the cheaper model may have incompatible electronics for the cruise control function.
