2016 CRV EXL. Perfect fit. The rear clip attaches to the mirror (not just the mirror, like when you bought the product before). . It doesn't come with a thaw option, but unless you buy a genuine part that costs hundreds, I honestly don't see anywhere that you get that feature. It took me about 5 minutes to install using a flathead screwdriver to ensure the clips are fully seated when fully seated. To be honest I can't tell the difference between the driver's side side mirror (original) and the passenger side side mirror (replaced by this product after someone stole it).
