I am SO disappointed in this leash. I love it, at least that's what I wanted. With the versatility it offers and the cool design I've been very happy to use it on long hikes etc with my 40lb 11 month old baby. Puppy In less than 5 minutes of our first walk with this leash, she spotted a squirrel, tugged at it and one of the leather loops came off completely. Luckily I kept my hand on the leash so she didn't get far. Also, a different colored thread seems to have gotten into the machine when making this leash. Random shades of blue are embroidered onto my black and white leash. I may give this brand another try if we need a new leash but for now I'm giving back what I'm hoping is a lemon.
