A frail weakling who was once a thug

It's a pity what has become of this bucket that was once a thug. just need a second one. Honestly, I had to treat my old bucket a bit. The bottom started to wear off and I had a great idea of using epoxy to attach the silicone spacers as you can see in the photos. Now for the new one: First, it's lighter than the old bucket. This means that it is made thinner. Other people have reported a thin bottom center where the plastic has been injected. This is certainly a significant weak point for this so-called coarse working shovel. On the comparison picture you can see that my 20-year-old bucket does not have such a weak point. To be active I applied a dab of clear epoxy to the underside of this central area to reinforce it. I also added silicone gaskets to the corners to prevent premature wear. I know I didn't have to do all those buffs for a bucket that's supposed to be rough and indestructible. thinner grip. Compare this to my old bucket in the picture which had a decent handle. All in all, it's a shame that Rubbermaid is putting its name on this product.
