If you're like me, look online for a set of velcro balls and paddles. Unfortunately, most of these sets on Amazon (and Walmart and Toys R Us) are NOT from our '90s childhoods. The plastic breaks where the Velcro is threaded through the back. THIS kit seems more durable? After over a month we still haven't broken it (other sets have broken within minutes), but we are 1) very careful not to throw the ball *too* hard and 2) that we roll the ball jumps and do not pull it out immediately. The only downside is that the paddle's velcro material doesn't feel as good and sticky as others, so the ball bounces as much as it sticks. =/ I think next time I'll buy soft velcro or mitz "gloves" - they are also circular with velcro grip but seem to avoid tearing and ball bouncing issues by design.
