Take your time and make sure the o-rings are in the right place.
I immediately noticed that the groove that the large o-ring goes in isn't as pronounced as on the wig or GM filter so it always wants to fall out of the groove it's in should go. Try to keep it in place by lowering the filter into place to start screwing it into the bracket.
