The item is in the wrong packaging - the picture is different. And there is no instruction how to connect the parts (ball in the socket). But the biggest problem is that the magnetic plate is not strong enough. Surprising because it's a big plate. My phone crashes immediately. Also, make sure your phone has its own magnet - this device doesn't come with one.
