I received this and did a hand wash in the sink. I installed them and used bottled water to make ice cubes. After the first sip, I noticed a rough, waxy white coating on my glass, which explains the slightly odd taste I attribute to bottled water, as I usually drink tap water. Repeat twice more. I wash the trays in the dishwasher and repeat with mineral water. same movie I hand wash and use tap water, same film. I use dishwasher and tap water, same film. The ice cubes are very easy to take out and I love their size and the fact that I can keep them in the freezer at work as they closed our ice machine due to Covid. But I don't like the movie or the taste so they end up sending them back. Damn.
