It worked fine on my Juki Tl-18QVP (Haruka) - the needle is perfectly centered. Also note that I received another general purpose foot from another site which did NOT work - the needle was not centered and was actually rubbing against the side of the foot and could have broken. So it looks like some of this foot's generics are fine and some aren't - or they're just plain faulty.
