Unfortunately, that wasn't the organizer for us. Pros: The metal parts appear to be quite well made, with a protective plastic coating on the metal ends that make contact with your pots and pans. Cons: It's incredibly unstable - wobbles back and forth as you remove and replace items. Also the plastic coating protecting your pans is problematic as it prevents items from sliding in and out easily and the slight rubbing on the metal pins causes the very small parts that hold the shelves in place to shift and that frame collapse. We spent two days trying to figure out a way to get it to work, but it just doesn't work - every time we pulled out a pot or went to a spare, the shelf would move and the rack would collapse. I recommend looking for a better rack - this one can't be used in its current form.
