Got this to replace my regular Pi camera. I need a version of ir so I can use it with my Ender 3 while typing at night without having to turn on the lights. It is tedious to assemble, the screws are tiny, and the nuts are not always easy to unscrew. I ended up threading the nuts and bolts together before putting on their bulbs to clean the threads. I also trimmed the screw heads on the back and the nuts on the front of the camera to fit the printed mount. So it would probably be easier if you put nuts in the back. It also comes with a small protective rubber cap/lens cap which is a plus when not in use. Overall not bad. The ribbon cable is really short but luckily I had a longer one that I bought for a regular camera and I just swapped it out. Much cheaper than the official camera and works just as well. They also have a cooling board exposed on their sides so you can easily install heatsinks on them. Not really necessary, but there is an option.
