Great monitor so far. It's been amazing for about two months, worked fine in the mornings, been out all day, went back to the crap pictured. Customer service was difficult but this time much more brutal as you had to pull teeth just to get an RMA number. Then they assure that it is user-caused damage, with no clear cracks on the screen. The repair costs almost as much as I bought it. Yes, they gave me a discount, but their insistence that a "mysterious entity" damaged it and ruined my warranty in the process seems a bit far-fetched. during transport or storage, but at the end of the day I just doubled the monitor, which is pretty decent, not exactly overwhelming. This is quite a shame for me as I am a very loyal ASUS customer having recommended and purchased their products across the clan for the past 15+ years. As they say, fooled me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, there will be no second time.
