My machine's blades are overdue for sharpening. I forgot to sharpen my second set. I bought these POWERTEC blades so I wouldn't stop there while both sets of my Delta blades are sharpening. Installed these POWERTEC blades, ran some test patterns. Compared to my dull blades, these POWERTECs cut hot butter like a knife. The chips were full, the effort required to push the workpiece onto the table was minimal. I noticed that the cut was at an angle across the width of the board. I checked the blade height, everything looked fine, but I reinstalled each blade anyway. Second test cut, same results. All three blades have a slight concavity along the full length of the cutting edge on the right side only. When adjusting the blade height, the blade will rest against the magnet at the extreme left, right, and center corners. Between the middle and right corners I can see that the bevel is uneven. All three blades have the same bevel with the wrong finish. This set is useless. If they were free they wouldn't be a problem if you used them to create perfectly flat and square vertical surfaces.
