I usually wear a size 5. Depending on the brand I might wear a 4.5 but rarely a 4. The adult size was very expensive and I saw several posts saying they are suitable for children. the size. Well my husband was right. I fit in a size 3 for small children. As a result, these shoes run very large and I would definitely recommend ordering at least one size smaller.
