I was quite dissatisfied with Runtlly's Online Store.

I had a lot of expectations for the online store that Runtlly offers, but in the end, I was let down by the way things turned out. The website itself is not user-friendly and has a confusing navigation system, but the company has an excellent assortment of things to choose from. It is difficult for me to assess whether or not a product is suitable for me because the product descriptions are ambiguous and do not provide sufficient detail. In addition to this, the costs are not always presented in a straightforward manner, and I frequently found that I had to navigate through numerous pages in order to obtain the information that I required. The ordering process was also a problem, as the instructions were not clear, and the checkout procedures were not straightforward. My products did not come on time and were damaged; additionally, one of them was completely absent. To make matters even worse, when I tried to contact customer support for assistance, I was faced with people who were both unhelpful and hostile. It felt as like they were more interested in getting me off the phone than in resolving my problems. In general, I was extremely let down by my experience with the Runtlly online store, and I won't be going back there for any other purchases in the foreseeable future. I suggest looking for a different online shop who has a website that is easier to navigate and provides superior support to customers.
