Haven was intimidated by my set of non-stick pans I bought last year after doing some research. I wanted to go back to regular stainless steel pots and pans. Knowing I was safe from Andonization (the aluminum is securely tucked in between the stainless steel for even heat), but with some suspicion at such a low price point, I took a chance. And ended up in the pot and pan of heaven. Love it! They're light (my other old stainless steel kitchenware was so heavy it hurt my wrists), they're shiny and bright, and they cook evenly on my electric stovetop (I try to keep the heat on maximum medium). Love the glass lids and the many different pot options so you can get the right one for what you're cooking! The handles on the lids don't get that hot (you can usually use your hands), but I have to use oven mitts when moving the pot. Cleaning is normal for non-stick pans. I hand wash and use a sponge and if something is particularly sticking to the pan I leave it in hot soapy water for a few minutes which helps. If you look at them and are embarrassed by the price or terrified by a cracked lid, I would put those concerns aside and buy myself a great product at a great price.
