I don't like the popping sound

Update: 6 months after the purchase the screw button on the inside of the pot exploded while cooking. We heard a strong bang, like firecrackers exploding in a pot. Luckily we had a cover when it happened. Otherwise God knows what could have happened. We will recycle this entire pan set. 3 month review: I don't like how these pans crack when heated. When this happened the first time, I was very worried and thought they might explode. After much research, people say it's just due to the expansion

They will burn you, store dirty water and cut you.

It's definitely not worth the price you have to pay. I cut myself on the handle of a large pot the first time I used it. I guess it was heavy with steamed veggies in it. The handles of all pots heat up within minutes, making them impossible to lift without potholders or other hand protection. If you put them upside down in the dishwasher like most pots, water will collect on the handles and the outer rim. So when you take them out, you end up running dirty water full of food debris down the…

What a sentence! in kitchen and dining room

I'm very picky about colors and I'm also the world's most notorious cheapskate so if I see a nice stainless steel set on a quick sale , I totally agree. The only thing that bothered me were the reviews from people saying the glass lids were cracked from the steam. I boiled water to test and it was good! No cracks! This is a really nice set and it complements my kitchen. I love that they all come with lids and they are all heavy but not so heavy that they are difficult to lift (I don't have…

You can't go wrong with this set!

I was going to wait at least a year before reviewing these pots and pans to see how they hold up to everyday use. I ordered them on June 20th, 2016 and was pleased to find that they are exactly as described. The mirror shine is beautiful! I have never had a pot and pan set that cooks as wonderfully as this one. The heat is distributed evenly over the entire base, which makes cooking much easier. Getting off is a pleasure! Even if you mess up and burn something, add some hot tap water, let it…

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SET! (NOT TO SAY A GREAT PRICE FOR THIS TOO)!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SET! I bought another set from Macy's and was disappointed with the size of the pots and pans when I opened the box. Almost twice as expensive too. I've had this set for a while now and was trying to find something to replace the Teflon T-FAL set I had. I've overcooked some on these pots and pans, but if I just soak them for a while it all goes away instantly, even with a sponge with a scratch pad. However, I processed pots and pans TWICE before using them. I used coconut…

I'm happy with this: cookware

Haven was intimidated by my set of non-stick pans I bought last year after doing some research. I wanted to go back to regular stainless steel pots and pans. Knowing I was safe from Andonization (the aluminum is securely tucked in between the stainless steel for even heat), but with some suspicion at such a low price point, I took a chance. And ended up in the pot and pan of heaven. Love it! They're light (my other old stainless steel kitchenware was so heavy it hurt my wrists), they're shiny…

Dangerous product! HUGE DESIGN FAILURE, DO NOT BUY

Despite some reviews of pops, I figured it might just be a small number of pieces and ordered anyway. NOT CORRECT! NOT CORRECT! NOT CORRECT! One day while getting them out of the dishwasher I noticed a drop of water pouring out of nowhere and then everything clicked. All pots have a hollow handle that is attached to the pot with two metal knobs. The problem is these grips are HOLLOW. Therefore, every time you wash, some water will remain somewhere inside. Maybe it's so little water that it's…

2 years later: deal, no theft

Bought these pans 2 years ago, they still work great! All in all this is a very good deal considering they are cheap. However, I think it's time for an update. I am an avid home cook and use a variety of pans to complement this set. First thing I have to say is, unless you've used stainless steel and are used to non-stick coatings, you have a lot to learn. do! Do your research and learn how to use the utensils. The most important thing to remember is to preheat the pan before adding food and…
