This angled measuring cup is made of durable plastic. It holds (and shows dimensions on it) for 2 ounces. I have several of these. I have one in a large jar with white sugar that I use for hummingbirds. 1 part sugar (2 ounces) to 4 parts boiled and chilled water (8 ounces). My nutritionist recommended more protein in my diet. I use these cups for almonds, walnuts, and other things I like to keep in moderation. You never know when you might need a quick reading, and instead of picking up my pyrex glass measuring cup, I use this. Because the mug is angled, you don't have to lift the mug when it's full. The dimension can be easily read from the angled dimension numbers. It is also good for other snacks. Delicious! I'm sure you could pop this in any of your containers for coffee, loose tea etc and keep it handy, or with powdered protein or vitamin drinks etc. Works great and I love mine.
