The product works flawlessly.The only difficulty was with installation and configuration. The videos and the instructions presuppose an ideal installation, and mine was "somewhat less than ideal."I would suggest that the videos show how to determine if the chain tension is correct. Also, I think hat it would be good to have a video which shows how to set the up and down limits, and how to reset them.I also think that if there are problems with the door before installing the door opener (door not operating smoothly, problems with track and other factors (bent, tracks not parallel with each other or not precisely vertical, overhead spring tension issues, the need for installing doublers at the garage opener attach points when the door is hollow and the like) these issues should be called out and suggestions for fixes should be made. before
