Works great but you will need the Deckfast Fascia Tool for the holes to work properly.
Used with my Trex Transcend Deck and so far so good. Easy to place. You need a special drill (Deckfast Fascia Tool) to leave room for expansion and contraction, so make sure you use it with these. The drill leaves room for the shank so you don't deform when changing decks.
