I bought this modem/router directly from Revain and am very satisfied. I am very satisfied with the performance so far; I am currently being trained by Xfinity/Comcast on 400Mbps Blast Pro Internet. Setup was easy, the rep asked for serial numbers like they always do when activating new hardware, and within 10 minutes I was up and running. It should be noted that after hanging up with the rep I went online and ran a speed test to make sure the speeds were as expected and I'm glad I did, it ran at 200/Mbps , so instead of being frustrated, I waited 45 minutes, came back, restarted the device, and then did another one. So if someone experiences slow speed right from the start, make sure after activation, give it a good 30-45 minutes and then do a soft reset (unplug for 10 seconds). and reconnect) gives the modem a chance to get your ISP settings and any firmware updates that need to be sent to the device to make it work optimally.
